I will work with you, as a buyer, to find the right home for you. I am a Certified Negotiating Specialist. That ensures your home buying process will move as quickly and smoothly as possible, negotiating the best transaction for you.

Some things for you to know:

Make a Checklist: Create a checklist of the important features you want in a home. Location and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms are usually important. Choose five important requirements and if the house has three, it may be worth a second look or an offer.

I Will Represent You: As a buyer's broker, I represent the buyer’s interests and help identify homes that are for sale and in the right price range. I can help with such tasks as writing contracts, negotiating price, bank financing, building inspections, move dates etc.

Make an Offer: Once you find the right house, we can make an offer. If your offer is accepted, it goes to the contract phase. That means earnest money deposit and a well written contract.

Hire A Home Inspector: Making an offer contingent on an inspection by a registered home inspector can save thousands of dollars by avoiding unseen problems. Inspectors will check the house for structural integrity. In the contract with the seller, it will state any contingencies such as financing, closing date, and items to be included in the sale. Prior to closing, I’ll walk through the house with you and check that the house has been swept and no debris has been left behind.
